Looking for Career Advancement? Here is some advice…

Are you female? In your thirties? One or both? Are you looking for a job promotion?  Look no further for advice than to Shim JaeSook, lecturer at the Seoul Art College!  Here is what she has to say:

This is a career-oriented generation that is highly focused on the facial image. They feel that eye makeup could influence certain meetings or their working capabilities.
This generation sticks to a classic makeup technique using a brush, and prefers a well-blended three dimensional, sophisticated eye makeup.
This closely effects to their work and can lead to promotions

Women in their thirties tend to have their own particular application style because they have lots of experience with makeup as they have a career. They want to make sexy-look eyes with artificial eyelashes, and use liquid eye liner to make eyes look deep.
They tend to follow celebrities’ makeup technique, and have their own makeup know-how and express themselves well.

This generation pursues comfortable and formal image because they want look natural and sophisticated as if they did not do  any makeup
Therefore, it was found that eye makeup effects to the ability in the career.

Perhaps what Miles is crying about is that you have failed to noticed his need for career-enhancing eye make-up. Or maybe he has noticed YOUR lack of eye make-up and wants you to remain competitive in the marketplace. And he is EXTREMELY cute as your earlier posted photo demonstrates. Even without eye make-up.

i feel that the world would just be a lot better place if EVERYONE, babies included, wore a lot more eye makeup. Maybe if Miles would start wearing eye make-up, he could finally get that job Troy and I are hoping he’ll get and start doing his part for the family. He’s just pretty much been free-loading since he got here!

Rob, I really feel you are right. He is just taking as much advantage of this situation as possible. Up at all hours, rowdy behaviour, eating as much as he can…He is really milking it for all it is worth, and I, for one, feel that it is time for him to settle down and start pulling his weight. The gravy train doesn’t last forever!
