Novel Utterances you might hear at our house

Well, perhaps they are not novel. But I would wager that one does not go around saying them very often.  Mostly they revolve around biting things since SOMEBODY in our house has an ORAL FIXATION. Not naming any NAMES, Miles.

1. Bite the cow

2. Beat the lamb.

3. Bite the train.

4. Bite Mama’s chin.

and, my favorite

5. Bite the duck

Teething is fun. NOT. If it’s any consolation, the biting does get better a few months from now, Sam went through a biting phase but it only lasted a couple of months and now in month 13 he rarely bites anything unless he’s teething. And the teething has gotten easier too. So there is hope! Of course, by then you will have scars on your chin. But it’s all in the name of motherhood!

    P.S. Miles is gorgeous.

Thanks, Bejewell 🙂 Mostly it’s just gumming things right now…he still has a strong suck reflex but yeah, sometimes I think it is the teeth working their way out. I just hope he doesn’t bite my boobs when they do emerge! Ouch!
BTW, your Sam is such a cutie, too 😀
