so they counter-offered on our counter-offer, giving us the price we listed at. but they still want closing costs.  Seriously?  It’s a few thousand dollars they want off, which adds a minimal amount to their mortgage payment but which is that much more that we will lose. Because we are going to lose no matter what.  What’s the deal?  AND they get the gov stimulus (assuming they even get approved or get their a$$ in gear and accept our offer) and we get nothing. 

Let’s just pull up our panties and put an end to Mrs Fussy Crankypants having to haul her hiney over to the realtor’s office every evening to counter your counter.  If you want it, buy it. If not, quit wasting my time.
